- SoftJin's project management process includes an Acceptance stage by the customer, wherein the customer would test the software delivered to them, at their own systems
- SoftJin follows that up by a free warranty period during which the maintenance of the software is handled by SoftJin, free of cost
- Further support for the software will also be provided by SoftJin on request, thus giving a complete outsourcing option for EDA software development
