• Only authorized personnel within the company
have secured access to Project data.
• Project Data is backed up and removed from
their access once the project is completed, thus making
the data absolutely secure
• Rights of software developed by us for a customer
are contractually vested with our customers
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement with the customer
ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information
during and after the project
• For specific projects, separately enclosed
area with restricted physical access and separate
network with firewall with restricted access to the
internet and email from the network are provided
• SoftJin can also comply with customer specific
development process for specific projects
• SoftJin’s project management process
includes an Acceptance stage by the customer, wherein
the customer would test the software delivered to
them, at their own systems
• SoftJin follows that up by a free warranty
period during which the maintenance of the software
is handled by SoftJin, free of cost
• Further support for the software will also
be provided by SoftJin on request, thus giving a complete
outsourcing option for EDA software development
• All of SoftJin’s engineers either have
previous experience in managing and executing EDA
software development projects of various complexities
and durations or have undergone initial training in
the area of EDA software development as well as project-related
training
