A. Technical Head - Offshore Development Center (Job code SJ-ODC)

Role

We are looking for highly technical, hands on Engineering Manager to lead a growing, multi disciplinary team of Electronics Design Automation (EDA) software and hardware design engineers. The job requires you to:

• Provide technical leadership to the team and take ownership of the project delivery
• Work with client to define vision and technical road map for the ODC team
• Grow the team developing both EDA software and hardware solutions. Mentor and groom team members to assume higher role

What we are looking for

• Passion for technology and dealing with challenges of development of new technologies
• 10+ years of experience in EDA software development and/ or in related domains such as IC/ FPGA design and Design Verification. It is desirable for the candidate to appreciate both the hardware and software design aspects
• Grow the team developing both EDA software and hardware solutions. Mentor and groom team members to assume higher role
