Life at SoftJin
We have a very varied and rich talent
pool 80% of our engineers are MTechs from IITs and our
management team includes IIM graduates. Working here
means that you get to work with some of the best technical
people in the industry. We’re a company that likes
to have fun as well! We have an employee club, a very
active cricket club and do fun stuff like movies and
picnics.
“Mitr"
We feel that we have to do our bit
towards the “lesser privileged” and have
a social contribution policy. Every quarter, members
of the Mitr, a voluntary organization of people at SoftJin,
identify an NGO, work towards collecting funds from
employees and organize interactive associations with
them.
TechnoForum
The TechnoForum was begun with
the objective of nurturing learning and encouraging
employees to develop and share expertise related to
SoftJin's domain of operation. This event is based on
the philosophy that learning & knowledge sharing
are traits to be developed in the organization and hence
can be encouraged by positive rewards for doing so within
the company. Every quarter, teams choose a topic of
their interest and vie against each other for researching
and presenting on that topic.
